Next Wave does not track visitor data, offer a "customizable" experience, or use third-party pop-up/banner ads through its website. Hence, browser "cookies" are not employed.
Data Collection
Next Wave Technology Services collects information from customers and vendors solely for the purpose of maintaining contact. This information is collected when a customer completes an appointment booking request through the company’s website or when a customer or vendor contacts the company directly, at which time the company requests the customer’s or vendor’s:
- First, and Last Names
- Physical and Mailing Addresses
- Phone Numbers
- Email Addresses
Next Wave does not collect or store information regarding payment methods including (but not limited to):
- Credit/Debit Card Numbers
- Bank Routing/Account Numbers
- Electronic Funds Transfers (ETFs)
- Automated Clearing House (ACH) Transactions
- Account Credentials (Usernames, Passwords, PINs, etc)
Data Retention
Next Wave retains data based on customer activity. This data is stored on servers that are not accessible to company staff, management, or the public.
- Customers who engage Next Wave Technology Services in which an invoice or sales receipt is generated and paid are considered “Active”.
- Customers who have not engaged Next Wave Technology Services after one calendar year from the date of their most recent transaction are considered “Inactive”. Data for inactive customers is permanently deleted if they remain inactive for 18 months after their most recent transaction.
Next Wave does not share, sell, or otherwise disclose collected data with any other party and will not honor any request for such. Customers wishing to have their data removed may call or email to have their request honored.

Next Wave staff may use text messaging as an alternative means of communicating with customers and vendors. Use the opt-in form shown here to consent to having your number used for this purpose.
