Our technicians are certified by CompTIA, Cisco, and Microsoft so that you can be sure your system is being serviced the right way. When it comes to replacement parts, we do our very best to supply new parts fresh from the factory.
Next Wave is a service-only company, providing support for computers and small networks. Service is not offered for:
- Game Consoles
- Inkjet Printers
- Tablet & Smartphone Screens
- Flat-Panel TVs
- Alarm/Fire/Security Systems
- Personal Training/Tutoring
- Web/App Design or Custom Programming
- Social Media or Content Creation
- Audio/Video Systems

Onsite service is available anywhere within a 30-mile radius of Baton Rouge, LA, as depicted in the map below. Service is also available for customers outside of the shaded area, though an Extended Range Fee will apply.

No need to sign up for overpriced service packages. With Remote Assist, you pay only for the time you use.
To get started:
1) Ensure your computer is connected to the Internet.
2) Contact Next Wave Technology Services and request help through RemoteAssist.
3) Get connected by one of two ways:
Click this link to get the remote agent (works on Windows on Mac). Enter your name and the 9-digit access code given.
A link with all of the information can be emailed to you.
4) Download and run the agent.
That's it! You can have your problems fixed as if a technician were right there with you. You can stop the session at any time if you so choose. Once the session is over, the remote agent will remove itself from your computer. Remember that RemoteAccess works best for software-related problems. If an issue is found to be related to hardware, an appointment would have to be scheduled to better diagnose the problem.

Flat rates are applied on a "per system" basis. Prices do not include parts needed or applicable sales tax. Repair quotes are also available upon request.
Online Booking
All appointments are now booked online. Schedule a visit up to 14 days in advance and send notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Not all date and time slots will be available. Saturday appointments are available between 10a-3p but must be scheduled during the week by 6p on Fridays. Same-day Saturday, Sunday, and major holiday appointments are not available.
Next Wave customers now have access to a dedicated portal. By using the QR code, they can:
- View and manage invoices
- Make payments via credit/debit card, bank draft, or PayPal
- Check outstanding balances or available credits
- Send messages or documents in a secure environment
Checks are also accepted. Cash, although not preferred, will be accepted for the exact amount only.
Next Wave does not request or accept payments through CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or any other kind of payment site. If you've received a request through these platforms, do not respond to or send anything and contact us right away with any concerns.
